What is NeuroTrainer?

NeuroTrainer is brain training designed to help improve focus and key cognitive skills

With roots tracing back to a lab at Vanderbilt University, NeuroTrainer was founded with an emphasis on science, evidence, and a desire to help people unlock the best version of themselves. The three pillars of NeuroTrainer - Training, Priming, and Assessment - have been designed base on the latest neuroscience research to help students, athletes, and elite performers optimize their performance.

Training

Comprised of "AFT" (attention flow training) and "PADL" (perception, action, decision loop), training is what athletes do to improve their cognitive skills. Think of training like lifting weights, you are putting in work in the present to be strong and faster in the future.

Priming

Fired Up and Locked In - these priming modules are designed to help you unlock your best performance today. They are best done within 90 minutes of the beginning of your activity in which you want to achieve a peak performance state.

Assessment

The NeuroScore Assessment is a layered cognitive assessment that takes athletes through a 5-part test resulting in a NeuroScore. This is done periodically over time to establish trend data and provide feedback on the changes that are occurring.

PADL competitions are a fun, social way to compare your progress against yourself as well as that of your teammates. We offer 3 different levels to compete at each with their own community scoreboard.
