My controller died, disappeared, or appears to be “flying away”

The most common solution for this problem will be to replace your controller batteries or to remove and then “reseat” the batteries in the controller. 

To replace your controller batteries:

1. Remove the existing batteries and responsibly dispose of
2. Insert fresh batteries ensuring that the batteries are placed in the correct orientation per the diagrams on the controllers

To reseat your controller batteries:

1. Remove the cover for the battery compartment
2. Remove the batteries
3. Insert the batteries ensuring that the batteries are placed in the correct orientation per the diagrams on the controllers
