I can’t login or my PIN isn’t working.

There are two places that you need to check: 

  1. Ensure that you are entering the correct PIN on the correct page. You should have two PINs. (1) is an Org PIN and the other is (2) a User PIN. The Org PIN is entered the first time your headset is set-up for NeuroTrainer. The User PIN is entered each time thereafter. Please reference the images below to determine that you are entering the correct PIN on the correct page. 
    1. If you need your org PIN or User PIN sent to you, please contact your coach or support@neurotrainer.com
  2. Please ensure that your wifi is connected and you have internet. Enter your user PIN after validating your internet connection.
