Please ensure that you are in the right area of the Oculus headset, your library
- Put on your Quest headset.
- Select Library from the bottom menu bar
Have you used the spotlight search to find NeuroTrainer?
In the headset at the top of the oculus home menu, click the magnifying glass to access the search functionality. Type in NeuroTrainer to search.
Please ensure that you have installed NeuroTrainer
A) If using the Oculus Mobile App on your phone:
1. Open the Oculus App on your phone
2. Open Store & Search for NeuroTrainer (NOTE: It can take up to 30 minutes for the NeuroTrainer App to appear in the Oculus store)
B) If using the Oculus Quest VR headset:
1. Once connected to Wifi, point your controller pointer to Store
2. Scroll to the bottom of the Store list, allowing each row to load until you reach “My Preview Apps”.
